Telewest’s TV Drive launched on Wednesday! got the order in by 11am. Apparently they’d had 100,000 calls by that point. The installation is 50 Pounds(GBP) for existing customers (unless you keep your existing set top box as a second box), and there is a 12 month contract.

I’ve started working on Seti@Home again, after on/off work on the project between 1999 and 2001. I completed a mere 571 workunits for Seti during that time (7000 hours). Seti have now switched to a new software platform called boinc (Berkeley Open Infrastructure for Network Computing), which replaces the Classic Seti software.
